Tracking:
- Cookie-Based Tracking
- Cookie-based affiliate tracking offers the highest level of flexibility and reliability for tracking referred visitors. A visitor will go to your site and see your advertisement, coded with your affiliate ID.
- The visitor clicks on the marketing material (often times a banner) and is directed to the appropriate entry page at the merchant website.
- Before the visitor is sent to the merchant web site, a "cookie" (a small text file) will be placed on the visitor's browser. This cookie will contain your affiliate ID Number.
- The AffiliateCREW system can read the cookie later on when a sale, a lead, or another action happens and will associate that action to you.
- Our system is real-time, so you see results when they happen.
- You will receive an e-mail notification for each successful transaction. (You can also turn this feature off.)
- Custom Tracking – You can add a custom tracking element to your links so that sales can be directly associated to a particular source your site.
Approval Process:
- All applications are reviewed and approved within hours of submission.
Banners and Links:
- We provide special offer-based banners that are automatically managed at our end. That means you don’t have to change out banners to take advantage of specials offers and promotions.
- Technical Assistance – If you need help putting banners or links on your site, our affiliate team is always available for questions.
