How do I join affiliateCREW as an affiliate?

affiliateCREW manages several affiliate programs in different networks like Commission Junction, Google Affiliate Network, Avantlink, Linkshare and our own internal tracking software MoolaMoola. The best way to join our affiliate programs is to select which network you would like to join for the program you would like to promote. When you click on the links you will be directed to the sign up pages within the respected networks.

How long does it take to be approved?

Typically, applications are reviewed within 24 hours of submission.

I lost my username or password. Where do I get it?

Most networks feature an automated tool that will e-mail your login information. If this does not work for you please contact us and we will help you find your login details.

When and how do I get paid?

Commission Junction, Google Affiliate Network, Avantlink and Linkshare manage payment of commissions or bounties for all affiliates within their network.

MoolaMoola payments are made monthly after affiliateCREW has received payment from the Merchant and the Publisher has earned at least $25.00 in commissions in relation to funds received. This policy allows Moola Moola to pay commissions in a faster and more efficient manner.

Does the merchant withhold income taxes?

No. You are an independent contractor and as such are responsible for filing on your taxable income.

How are visitors tracked?

Visitors arriving from your site will have a cookie placed on their computer that identifies them as having come from your site.

How long are cookies set for?

Cookies are set for a period of 6 months. A new cookie is placed EACH time a visitor arrives on our site from a publisher/affiliate site.

How soon after a sale or click will I be able to see the new stats show up?

All reporting is done in real time. Clicks and sales will be immediately viewable from your login screen within the affiliate service center.

What information is presented in the tracking area?

Impressions, visits, Transactions and or Actions, Transactions and or Action Conversion %, Amount, Average Amount, Total Fee.

What types of links are available?

There is both text-based links as well as a variety of professionally designed banners.

How often are text links and banners updated?

Banners and links are updated frequently; you can also request custom banners and links.

Can I modify text links or banners?

No. In order to maintain a consistent presentation that matches the guidelines that we have set forth, we require that banners and text not be modified without the affiliate manager’s prior approval.

Are announcements sent when new links or specials are made available?

Yes. We send out brief announcements when new opportunities are made available.

Can I open the merchant site in a new browser window?

Yes, you may open the site to a new window. No frames.

How do I get new banners?

We will add any new banners to all of the networks the program is in. The way you access the banners in the respective networks varies. If you are having trouble please contact us and we can help you locate the banners in any of the networks you are working with.

After you have created your MoolaMoola account and been accepted into the program you can log in at the affiliate service center to review and retrieve new banners. You simply copy and paste html code from Moola Moola. The code will already contain your unique affiliate ID.

How do I make suggestions for new banner or ad copy?
